A waterfront estate without a pool. We fixed that in twelve weeks.
Michael had purchased a $4.8M waterfront property in Coral Gables — an exceptional home on the water, but without a pool. He had a clear vision: a large-format infinity edge design that would visually connect with the bay behind it, with an integrated spa and a sun shelf for his children.
What he did not have was a contractor he trusted. He had spoken to two local builders who had given him wildly different quotes with no clear explanation for the difference, and felt he was starting from scratch every time he had a conversation.
We identified three specialist pool builders with specific experience on waterfront properties in Coral Gables and Miami Beach, briefed each on Michael's vision and budget before the first visit, and had three properly structured proposals on the table within two weeks. A complete smart home and private cinema — done once, done properly.
Sofia had recently completed a full renovation of her Miami Beach home and wanted to finish it with two projects she had been putting off: a whole-home smart system covering lighting, shading, climate and security, and a dedicated home theater in the basement-level media room.
The challenge was finding one integrator who could handle both to the same standard — most AV companies she had spoken to were strong on home theater but weak on the smart home integration side, or vice versa. She also wanted both systems to talk to each other seamlessly, which ruled out using two separate contractors.
We found a CEDIA-certified integrator with a proven portfolio across both disciplines — one of a small number of firms in South Florida capable of delivering both at the level Sofia's home required. We coordinated a single site visit, managed the proposal process, and stayed involved through commissioning to make sure the two systems were fully integrated and working exactly as specified.

An outdoor entertaining space worthy of the home it belongs to.
James entertains frequently at his Coconut Grove estate and had long wanted to transform the area behind the pool into a proper outdoor kitchen and covered entertaining space. He had a generous budget and a clear aesthetic — warm, natural materials, a serious built-in grill setup, a full bar, and a covered pergola structure that felt architectural rather than off-the-shelf.
He had struggled to find a contractor who understood what he meant by "architectural" — most outdoor kitchen builders were presenting the same prefabricated cabinet systems regardless of what clients asked for. He wanted something genuinely custom, built to complement the house.
We identified two contractors with portfolios of genuinely bespoke outdoor kitchen work and one landscape architect who had done similar projects in Coconut Grove and Coral Gables. All three visited the property on the same day. James commissioned the landscape architect to lead the design, with the contractor executing the build — a combination that delivered exactly the result he had in mind.
